Nic Elliottyson
Operations Manager
I have over 20 years of Hospitality Management experience, and have held roles as an Owner, Director, and Multi-venue Operations Manager. Alongside this experience, I have also spent over 5 years focused on Property Management, holding both Property Management and Business Development roles. In addition, I hold a Level Four qualification in Property Management.
Both industries are fast-paced and require a high level of energy and customer service to achieve positive results. One of the things I love about Property Management is that no day is the same. Also, it’s an industry where you can make a real difference to people’s lives, and I love that.
One of my favorite quotes is ‘you can’t stop the waves but you can learn to swim’ – Jon Kabat-Zinn. There will always be ups and downs in life, but what matters most is learning how to navigate challenges.
In my spare time, I enjoy river, bush and beach walks with our dog Bear. I am also a self proclaimed ‘great’ cook! Dining out and attending horse races are also passions. I’ve also recently discovered a love for cruising and have already booked my second international cruise adventure!
