Quarterly inspections

We conduct four inspections per year, with photos and a copy of the report emailed directly to you. With Glasshouse, you can have total peace of mind that your investment is being well looked after.


Industry best-practice tenant screening

All tenants are checked using the ‘Tenant Check System’, which searches every major government and credit agency database. Rental history and employment are verbally reference checked, and we verify the ownership of previous rental properties to prevent fake references. We place a large focus on tenant screening.

Compliance & risk management

We take care of your Healthy Homes compliance, and we have a comprehensive Methamphetamine policy to protect you from risk.


Our people

In order to provide the best service, you need the best people. Glasshouse Property Managers are all qualified, within a minimum Level 4 Certificate in Property Management. 

Our portfolios are capped to ensure our high standards of care are maintained.

It’s important to us that our people are cared for too, because when team members are happy, clients are too. By capping portfolios, we can ensure our people have the time they need to meet the standards we expect them to achieve for both landlords and tenants.
