TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Property must be advertised at the Glasshouse appraised amount and marketed in accordance with Glasshouse best practice, including professional photos and appropriate maintenance.
- Finding a tenant within 21 days means a tenant signing a tenancy agreement and paying move in costs within 21 days of the property being advertised.
- You must accept Glasshouse’s proposed tenant selection (usual thorough vetting process will still apply).
- The $1,000 will be paid to the bank account provided to Glasshouse on your management agreement.
- You must sign a 12-month management contract with Glasshouse to claim this offer.
- No other offers or discounts are available in conjunction with this offer.
