Kia ora, Ni Hao – I’m Wenshu Du, Glasshouse’s newest Property Manager!
I’m bilingual, speaking both Mandarin and English, and was born in China before moving to New Zealand in 2001.
Property Management is my passion. I have owned and operated my own property management business and hold a Level 4 Residential Property Management accreditation. I also have a double degree in Management and Marketing.
I’m fully committed to providing outstanding customer service to both tenants and property owners. I take the time to ensure my clients understand the process, answer their queries and feel supported.
Anytime I receive a great review and a high rating from owners/tenants, it really motivates me and boosts my confidence. That’s what I strive for every day!
On days off you can find relaxing with friends over coffee or music, or out walking. Gardening is also a great way to get some fresh air and reconnect with nature after long days of work!
