I have always been passionate about people and customer service. I worked for one of the best airlines in the world for 15 years and I loved it. After the pandemic hit, I chose to leave the travel industry and focus on my family. When returning to the workforce, I had to do some soul searching to find a career that I would be passionate about and with a company that had the same values as me.
Property investing is something I have always been interested in. My first experience as a landlord came when I bought my first house with my sister and rented the third room. Since then, I have owned and rented properties in several countries.
I learned the hard way the importance of selecting a good property manager, one that is familiar with the laws and legislation of that particular country to ensure that both landlord and tenant are protected.
I have been a tenant and a landlord, so I know how important it is to keep a home clean and healthy. A good home also attracts good tenants. Harmony is achieved when landlords and tenants are both happy.
At Glasshouse, we approach property management in a balanced way. In addition to protecting your investments, we also provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords. Both investors and tenants are important to me, and I work hard to meet their needs.
