Last week, Glasshouse turned 14!
We celebrated the milestone the way we like to do things, a relaxed afternoon in the office garden, pizza, a few quiet drinks, and plenty of kids running around. It was a special reminder of how much life has changed since we first opened our doors.
Our very own Jeremy Baker said it best:
“I’m incredibly proud of the business we’ve built over the past 14 years. What makes me proudest is the people, our team, some of whom are reaching 10 years with us, and the clients who have trusted us since 2012. We simply couldn’t do it without them. 14 years ago, our own kids were toddlers exploring our first Maeroa Road office before it was even fitted out. Today they’re 14 and 16 years old, and we have built Glasshouse from the ground up right alongside raising them.”
From 44 Properties to 1,250+
What started as a small property management business has grown into Waikato’s largest independent property management company. Today, we manage more than 1,250 properties across Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu and the wider region.
While we’ve grown significantly, our focus remains the same: being Waikato’s most trusted property managers.
Built on Long-Term Relationships
We’re really proud of what we’ve built over the past 14 years. This year, we’re celebrating two team members who have reached 10 years with us! It’s been wonderful to see so many of our people start families and grow their careers here, and even more amazing that we still work with many of our very first clients from 2012.
None of this would be possible without our incredible team, who bring passion for property every day, our trusted suppliers, and of course, our owners and tenants.
Where we’re headed
From driving the Holden HQ around to becoming Waikato’s trusted property managers, the journey has been rewarding and humbling.
14 years in, we are still just as committed to making property management straightforward and stress-free for landlords across the region.
