Level 4 Certificate in property management

Since 2016 I have had the privilege of working with the Glasshouse team. During this time I have completed all our ‘in-house’ training as well as a Level 4 Property Management Certificate through recallQ.

Prior to this I was in Real Estate, but always had Property Management as a career in the back of my mind. So when this opportunity arose, I knew it was meant to be.

I enjoy the diversity of my role and the satisfaction I get from helping people and feeling as though I am making a difference.

As a team we share the same work ethics and values. We support and care for one another, which inturn flows through to our clients. They say great internal customer service drives external, and our team reflects that.

A memorable story for me was a family I met who were struggling to find the right home. I took them to one that was about to come on the rental market. They fell in love with it, rented it and now own it! I also guided them through the sale process too. Knowing I played a part in helping them secure their own home, which they love, is meaningful to me.

With my landlords, I always endeavour to provide frequent, reliable and honest communication. A house is a very important asset, so it’s important they know it’s being professionally cared for. Glasshouse is renowned for exceptional communication and reliable systems and checks to protect Landlords and their investment.
