Property has always been something I have been interested in. A couple of years ago I took the leap with a complete career change and became a Property Manager with Glasshouse.
I have now completed the Property Management level 4 diploma. There is so much to learn about property management, and it’s constantly changing. No day is ever the same – you are always problem-solving and finding resolutions to your day-to-day work.
I enjoy meeting a wide variety of people and helping both investors and tenants. I recently helped a family settle into our community from South Africa.
It was a big move for them, and it was lovely to be able to help them through this journey. The process went smoothly and was easy for both of us. As a team we are small enough to care about each of our clients, yet big enough to provide an efficient and value adding service.
It was great to receive an email of appreciation from this family, to say that they have settled in comfortably and that they really enjoy the property and location. Everyone in our team has stories like these, because we really do care and care makes all the difference.
