Nic Elliottyson
Operations Manager
I have over 20 years of Hospitality Management experience, and have held roles as an Owner, Director, and Multi-venue Operations Manager. Alongside this experience, I have also spent over 5 years focused on Property Management, holding both Property Management and Business Development roles. In addition, I hold a Level Four qualification in Property Management.
Both industries are fast-paced and require a high level of energy and customer service to achieve positive results. One of the things I love about Property Management is that no day is the same. Also, it’s an industry where you can make a real difference to people’s lives, and I love that.
One of my favorite quotes is ‘you can’t stop the waves but you can learn to swim’ – Jon Kabat-Zinn. There will always be ups and downs in life, but what matters most is learning how to navigate challenges.
In my spare time, I enjoy river, bush and beach walks with our dog Bear. I am also a self proclaimed ‘great’ cook! Dining out and attending horse races are also passions. I’ve also recently discovered a love for cruising and have already booked my second international cruise adventure!
I look forward to making a difference in my role as Operations Manager, and contributing to positive rental experiences.

Additionally, Nic has 5.5 years of experience in Property Management as a Property Manager and Business Development professional. Honding several professional designations and industry-related accomplishments, reflecting their commitment to excellence in their field.
Nick have actively pursued ongoing education and training to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Outside of work, Nic enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Bear, indulging in river, bush, and beach walks. Their is also a passionate cook and enjoy dining out. As a horse racing enthusiast and a recently converted cruiser, Nic finds joy in exploring new experiences and destinations.
Nic draws inspiration from both people and property, recognizing the importance of their role in an industry that impacts lives every day.
