Monica is originally from Australia and grew up in South Australia but lived in Victoria before moving to New Zealand not long ago. She has fallen in love with Aotearoa and can see herself here for the foreseeable future.
She got into Property Management at the start of COVID and has been navigating her way through ever since.
She has an Australian Representative Property Management Certificate and also completed a Cert IV in Interior Design.
On her days off Monica loves to explore and go hiking with her partner Jack. Monica and her partner enjoy socializing with people and love to be out of the house or at home hosting friends or family
Monica has been overseas many times including trekking to the Base Camp of Mount Everest twice and many different service projects for the less fortunate. For her, giving back is really important, and immersing herself in other cultures around the world is fascinating.
Monica is inspired by her family and friends to overcome her challenges and make a difference with anything she does. Monica also feels that the GH team here inspires her to be at her best every day and a very empowering big family, making a big difference in the Hamilton Property Management market.
She enjoys contributing to our client’s experience by bringing her easy-going Aussie personality and making great relationships with both owners and tenants.
