After a 23-year customer-facing career in banking, I had a short stint in local government before finding myself yearning to get back to a customer role again.
Property management really appealed to me as it is very client-based, working with owners and tenants to fulfil their needs and future goals. I enjoy meeting new people and this role provides for that every day.
There are many changes with legislation meaning we are constantly learning, no day is the same as the other, it is always busy, and you must be super organised!
