Welcome to Glasshouse Property Management. My name is Cayla and I’m the new receptionist here. I grew up in Tauranga and recently moved to Hamilton with my partner. In the past nine years, I have held administrative positions similar to this one. Most recently I worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, where I was very focused on service and meeting the needs of others.
I love the property management industry because of how much it allows me to be around people on a daily basis.
I believe that the effort you put into something will always reflect back to you, so I always give 100% to every interaction.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach, and baking!
Being a people person, I am huge on kindness and communication. This is what I love about being part of the Glasshouse team. We treat tenants and landlords with kindness and respect, a value we live internally as well. It’s a great environment to be in.
