I’ve been in the property industry for 14 years, as an investor and senior Property Strategist. For several years I managed a property investment firm, facilitating growth and sustainability for clients. Today, I look after Business Development for Glasshouse.
In this role I consider myself fortunate to be able to engage with a variety of people from many varied sectors.
Across the board, all clients and strategic partners want is to find someone they can trust; who is honest and transparent in their communication and who appreciates their business.
What surprises people most about Glasshouse is how easy it is to work with us, and how natural it feels. Our team has faith in our systems and processes, each other, our expertise and values; all of which gives us certainty about the quality of the service we are providing.
We don’t keep clients at arm’s length, we make them part of the conversation. After all, many find joy in learning about our industry as well, and seeing how sound property management enhances investment outcomes.
I’m very proud to be part of a team that values the relationships we have with both landlords and tenants. It’s through valuing both that we are able to facilitate positive rental experiences.
