For example, rental properties targeting the student demographic may require more work than those targeting families. This is because they often have a higher turnover of occupants, require multiple credit checks, greater maintenance and are more likely to result in rent arrears.
Therefore, we charge according to the time and effort required to manage your property to a high standard by taking into account the:
- Type of property e.g. flat, house, apartment
- Condition of the property
- Tenant demographic
- Weekly rent
- Size of your portfolio
- Level of risk associated with your property
