Ever wondered what we do at our quarterly maintenance inspections? 🔑 We have a comprehensive list for each area of the house and on a 4-bedroom home like the one shown here there are over 100 items on the checklist. We check for common maintenance issues, test and document smoke alarms, ensure the home is been well cared for, and document things for insurance purposes. We email each report to our clients as well as booking any maintenance that’s required. Most inspections take at least 30 minutes on site and the same amount of follow up back in the office.
